Healer. Mentor. Energist.
Jennifer works with a basket filled with many tools!
Having been initiated into Kundalini yoga and other traditional and indigenous healing practices worldwide, Jennifer weaves these teachings into her Healing practice.
Focusing on the “issues in your tissues,” Jennifer helps her clients to identify, move and release blocked energies. These may be old embodied beliefs and patterns of behaviors, thoughts, movements and energies that do not align with who we are now nor where we want to be. They may be the same, old, worn out patterns that hold us back and keep us small and isolated. Jennifer guides her clients to explore and discover a healthier path through these energies, leading them on their own unique healing journeys.
Jennifer is a spiritual and empathic counselor, energist and body worker.
